Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in Panther Creek estates VI in this spring.
I see lots of open land near Honey Groove & Panther Creek parkway, and wanted to know on whats coming over there.
I know that an athletic park is coming over in HoneyGroove rd east. what about the other open land?

Also the lightings are not enough if we come from Panther creek parkway and take a right on Honey Groove rd. Any plans to put more lightings.

Thanks

Land on the north side of Panther Creek Parkway from Hillcrest Road to Coit Road will be developed for single family residential subdivisions. Property on the south side of Panther Creek Parkway east of the proposed city park will also be developed for single family residential subdivisions.

You are correct that the property will be developed as a community park. At this time we are not certain of when this development will occur, and there are no plans developed at this time for the park. One should expect it have similar elements with regards to lighted sports fields as Warren Sports Complex.
