What is encompased in the irrigation check up offered by the city? How do you go about requesting the inspection?

The check-up includes a scheduled on-site visit by the city's licensed irrigator with the homeowner. Our irrigator will observe the operation of each zone looking for damaged or mis-aligned sprinkler heads. He will check the programming of the controller and make recommendations to the homeowner for a more efficient watering schedule. Most check-ups take about 45 minutes.
You can schedule a check-up by calling Mike Barth at 972-292-5844. Thanks for your questions.

We scheduled an appointment with Mike Barth and the information he provided as well as the recommendations he made for our irrigation system were extremely helpful.
No doubt this is an excellent service provided by the city and I highly recommend it to all homeowners.
Thank You for making this audit available.
