With the old GIS Frisco Maps, the soil type was a part of the elevation map. Can this be added to the new map?

The Soil Conservation Service maps are not shown on the GIS for the following reasons:
1. Adding additional layers slows response time.
2. Most of the data was collected prior to the re-grading of the soils at the time of development. Hence the data would no longer be reliable.
3. We have not found a great interest from the public.
4. The data is available at http://websoilsurvey.nrcs.usda.gov/app/. Please be patient with their site because it is slow. It appears the data was collected in the mid ‘90’s.
Thanks for your question.
