Our new neighbors have half a dozen dogs, both big and small. The dogs are let out at 6:30 each morning, and they are LOUD! Everybody in our family wakes up at 6:30 every morning these days.
I know the best way to approach this is to talk to our neighbors. Before doing that, however, I would like to know if there are city ordinances that would regulate when loud activity is allowed to start.

There is not a set time that dogs can begin to bark incessantly. If they are causing a disturbance at any time, you can call police communications at 972.292.6010 and an officer can be sent out. We do recommend that you talk to your neighbors prior to calling the police, but its not required.
