I noticed a sign at the intersection of Lebanon and Lone Star Ranch Parkway stating a proposed zoning change.

Contacted the number listed and was informed the change is for 15 acres of the NE corner of Lebanon and 423 to be changed to retail.

Can we please have more information on this proposed zoning change?

The zoning sign that you have seen at the intersection of Lebanon Road and Lone Star Ranch Parkway was placed there in error. The actual location of the proposed rezoning is on the northeast corner of future Lone Star Ranch Parkway and FM 423. The request is to rezone approximately 15 acres from Patio Home to Retail. There is no proposed development at this time for the property if it were to be rezoned.
