While heading eastbound on Lebanon (just past Rock Creek), there is a temporary interchange where you are diverted onto the finished roadway (just prior to Village Blvd.).

There is a speed limit sign posted here and I believe it says 15 MPH. This seems unnecessarily low. I actually slowed down to the posted speed limit one day and I could not help but laugh as I slowly moved through the slight curve.

Is this speed limit at this location enforced? If so, by what process can it be reviewed to determine if it is still accurate?
