Can you tell me what is zoned and who owns the property West of Heritage Lakes and South of Lebanon? I am looking to purchase a home that backs up to this area and am curious!

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Columbus+Dr+75034

Thanks so much!

Ryan,

The area you have referenced is mostly in Frisco but also borders on area that is in The Colony. You can find zoning and ownership information on the Frisco land by using our new interactive mapping on the City’s web site. Once at the City’s web site, click on Map It. Using the navigation tools on the site you can zoom into an area of interest. Then using the ‘layer’ tools in the left column you can check various layers to get a wealth of information about the city including the zoning information. You can see zoning by checking the ‘zoning’ layer under Planning and Development.

To get ownership information, click on the small ‘i’ in the upper left menu bar, and then click on the property. This will link you to the Collin County records site with ownership information. The Collin County records site maintains Denton County information for Frisco.

For additional assistance on the City’s mapping site, click on ‘Links’ in the upper right corner of the page.

Please feel free to contact me if you need additional assistance using our mapping site.

If the area you are wondering about is in The Colony you will need to contact them for further information.
