Has there been any thought from the city in acquiring the Eldorado Estates Neighborhood as part of the City of Frisco? I was just wondering since all of the surrounding area North, South and East are part of Frisco.

Tracy,

The boundary line between the City of Frisco and the Town of Little Elm was established through an intergovernmental agreement. Based on that agreement, Frisco can not annex land in Little Elm's extraterritorial jurisdiction and they can not annex land in ours. The only means for us to look at the possibility of annexing this subdivision is for Little Elm to release the property from their ETJ.
