How deep did the contractors have to dig for the well that suppliers water to the pond at Warren Park and is used to irrigate the complex?

Can a HOA dig a well to be used for irrigation of landscaping?

Thanks,

Jeff

Mr. Dennis,

Thanks for your note regarding information about the Warren Sports Complex water well site.

Regarding its depth, the water well depth at Warren Sports Complex is approximately 1,656 feet deep. Wells in the Paluxy formation in Dallas Fort Worth will typically be in the range of 1,400 feet and more.

Regarding the question about an HOA utilizing a well for their respective irrigation or landscaping, I would suggest contacting John Webb, who is the Planning Manager for the Development Services Department. John may be able to help address what, if any requirements might be needed for the installation of a well site. He can be reached by calling 972-292-5350 or at jwebb@friscotexas.gov

I hope that this helps to address your questions. Good luck in your inquiry.

Regards,
