How long are "PODS" type moving/storage containers allowed to sit in streets in front of residences?

There isnít a problem with a POD being in the street as long as it is not blocking traffic. We would not get involved unless it is there for an extended period of time. I would suggest that they give us an email at code@friscotexas.gov with an estimated time frame as to how long the POD has been there so that the Code Officer in that area knows what is going on.

There could be restrictions if they live in an area with an HOA.

This one has been there since the beginning of school on Maple Street.

I will have a Code Officer go and inspect to see if there is a violation or why the POD is there.
