There are two PIDs in the Panther Creek Estates area; PID #1 in Panther Creek Estates and PID #2 in the Dominion at Panther Creek. PID #1 has Hillcrest Road on the west border, Eldorado Parkway for the southern, Panther Creek Parkway for the northern border and the eastern border just east of Granbury Dr., a line adjacent to the Water Tower site. PID #2 has a western border that starts at Toscana Way, Eldorado Parkway for the southern border, Hillcrest Road for the eastern border and stops approximately at McCommas Drive on the north. These boundaries are approximate as they are not straight lines. The assessments were not the same for the two PIDs; the amount was based on the number of estimated lots in the development. Total original assessment in PID #1 was $2,497.82 and the original amount for PID #2 was $3,014.59. The maintenance was based on an original estimate from the developer and the management company. We recently held a PID board meeting to discuss some concerns from the two HOA associations and the management companies. We hope this answers your questions.
