Does FBSA pay the city to use the fields for games? Who does the scheduling?

Are Select baseball teams allowed time to practice on the fields?

Michele,

Currently the City of Frisco does not charge user fees to the FBSA, FSA, or FFL. However, historically all three organizations have made contributions to the City for facility improvements or cash for field maintenance and supplies. A fee is charged for reserving fields outside of the regular season dates specified for practices and games.

All three organizations do their own scheduling, both for games and practice times. Select teams that are registered through the FBSA are allocated practice times. To register through the FBSA, teams must have 80% of their players be Frisco residents or attend a FISD school.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss further.

Regards,
