Some time back it was decided that the ground between a sidewalk and the street had to have the brown tubing for watering instead of pop-up sprayers. Is that no longer the case? The sprinkler systems on the North and South side of Lebanon just East of 423 sent a lot of water into the street all weekend. It was not possible to pass without getting soaked. With Stage 3 Watering restrictions so early this year, why are these developers allowed to waste so much of our water?
Thank you

This project is using reclaimed water, so pursuant to our Zoning Ordinance, they are exempt from the water use requirements.
For projects using potable water, two items may be used within 10 of a curb:
o Drip irrigation
o High efficiency nozzles.
The subject area is using a combination of high efficiency nozzles and rotors.
Please contact me with any questions.
