Is anything going to be done about the abandoned home on CR712 between North County and Frisco Rd? The home is not fenced in, boarded up, or closed\blocked in anyway. I am starting to see more and more cars stopping at the house for who knows what reasons, and trash is startng to pile up around it.

Is there something that the city can do?

Code Enforcement received your message board inquiry. Code Enforcement will inspect the property located at CR712 then notify the owner of the unsecured structure. Please contact Code Enforcement at (972) 292-5302 or via e-mail to code@friscotexas.gov for any questions or additional information to share.

I noticed that the house has been boarded up and is much safer now... Thank you.

Do you know if the house and the area to the east of the house, with all of the metal buildings, is part of the area to be zoned?

This site is part of the rezoning case for approximately 25 acres from Agricultural to Industrial.
