Hello, I am curious if there are any city ordinances regarding riding a skateboard in a public street. If so where in the frisco municipal code might i find this?

The only thing in city ordinances that address skateboards, are an ordinance that prohibits them from being used on tennis courts or the sidewalk areas around the library. However, The Transportation Code would view a skateboarder as a pedestrian. This means that all of the laws in the Transportation Code that apply to pedestrians apply to someone on a skateboard. A person riding a skateboard in a street must yield to vehicles and not obstruct traffic. Hope this helps.
