What should be done regarding a homeowner concerned about a neighbor's code violations. These include non-running cars in the driveway or behind the home as well as the reasonable suspicions of a violation of the single-family residence code.

You may report Frisco zoning violations to Code Enforcement at (972) 292-5302 or via e-mail to code@friscotexas.gov. You may report vehicular violations (such as junk or abandoned vehicles) to the Police Department by dialing the non-emergency Police Dispatch at (972) 292-6010.

Are Christmas lights on a home after a certain date a city code violation?

Code Enforcement does not reflect a removal date for seasonal lighting. Some residential communities have deed restrictions that may address seasonal lighting. Code Enforcement does not enforce deed restrictions.
