Just out of pure curiosity...Are there any plans to replace the "structure" of the traffic lights at Preston & Wade? Right now they're just lines attached to wooden poles. Does the city plan on inserting the nice metal base evenutally?

Yes, we do anticipate converting this to a permanent signal at some point. As of right now, I don't have a timetable for when this would occur. It may be several more years yet before it happens.
