Are there any plans for the Southeast corner of Preston Lebanon? Also what businesses are going to be at the Northwest corner in front of Strikz?
Also will Costco possibly be opening a store in Frisco anytime soon?

The southeast corner of Preston & Lebanon currently is occupied by a shopping center. Perhaps you are referring to the northeast corner? If you are there is a preliminary site plan application currently under staff review that would call for the development of a shopping center with pad sites along Preston and Lebanon. No known uses at this time.

Planning staff does not track the users that will go into the lease spaces in the retail buildings along Lebanon. These will more than likely be a mix of small businesses as one sees in many shopping centers.

At this time we have not received any type of application for a CostCo Warehouse store.
