This roadway has not been designated at this time. Staff anticipates this roadway to be a divided 4 lane or a 37 foot Commercial collector roadway. This is not on the Capital Improvements Plan and will be built with development.

Frank,

Can you clarify, 4 lanes on each side, or 2 lanes per side?

What is a "Commercial Collector roadway"?

What does "built with developement" mean?

Thanks,
Randall Warren

Staff anticipates this to be four lanes, two lanes in each direction. A commercial Collector is a non divided street with 37 of pavement, just like a residential street but wider. Built with development is when development occurs, the property owners build the roadway.

When will 4th Army Memorial be open again? The last time I tried to go through, it was still closed.

The City is building Stonebrook from Legacy to 4th Army and have a major 48 water line being installed along 4th Army. Pearson Farms is building Platinum Parkway north of Stonebrook to the project limits. We are anticipating the work to be complete early 2006.
