I know this has been raised before, but I want to understand what kind of study the city has done to put all way STOP sign there. Is there any thing that the city can do to alleviate this back up before the signal is finally installed?

Stop sign and signal warrant studies were conducted. Both were completed using procedures outlined in the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. If you would like to see the results of the study, you are welcome to stop by City Hall. You can contact me at 972-335-5580 x196 to set up an appointment.
No other changes will be made prior to the installation of the signal.
