I was wondering when we would be getting more post offices. Or if we are not getting a new one anytime soon is there anything that can be done about their hours of operation. 8:30 - 5:00 or 5:30 is typically when people are at work. That leaves Saturday which is always extrememly crowded. I always have to drive to Plano to mail a package after work.

Dear Anonymous-

There will be an opportunity to hear about new events and upgrades at the local Post Office, as well as meet local USPS officials at the February 25, 2002 Town Hall Meeting to be held at 7:00 PM at the Frisco High School Auditorium.

Thanks-

Some of us have scheduling conflicts that will prevent us from being able to attend. Is there some way to get a video and/or transcript of the meeting in addition to the minutes that are posted on the city website? Also, how long does it usually take to get the minutes posted?

The meeting was video taped and it will be aired on the Frisco TV Network (Channel 6 on AT&T Cable). If you would like a copy of the video tape, please fill out a request from the City Secretary's Office.

The minutes of regular meetings are posted only after they have received approval by the City Council, and are typically posted within 2 weeks of the meeting date.
