At Hillcrest and Rolater, we are waiting for CoServ to install power. Once that is in place, the signal will be turned on.
At Coit and Rolater, we are waiting for the waterline contractor to finish installation of a water line under the intersection. The contractor has completed the bore and is expected to complete pipe installation this week. Once that contractor is done, the signal contractor will move back in and finish the signal. There is about 3 to 4 weeks worth of signal work that needs to be completed yet. With that estimate, I would expect the signal to be turned on by mid October.
