I have a question, I am thinking about leasing a space at Lebanon and Rolater and would like to put in a drive thru business. The leasing agent thinks there is a regulation against 2 drive thru business in the same center, is this true? Thanks

The City does not have a limitation on the number of drive thru businesses in the same retail center. There are a number of locations in the city where there is either more than one drive thru restaruant in a center or a combination of a bank with drive thru and a restaruant with a drive thru. If you would like more information about a specific center please contact Planning at 972.335.5580 or by coming to our offices at 6859 Main Street.
