Where can I get current information regarding traffic delays on the Tollway? We travel the tollway on a daily basis and I would like to know ahead of time when there will be traffic issues due to events at the Pizza Hut Stadium and the Dr. Pepper Center. Thanks!

Rhonda,

NTTA has recently introduced a new tool on their website that provides real time traffic conditions along their system. Use the following website http://www.ntta.org/ and select the traffic conditions link. They are also getting ready to add still images to the web page from the cameras along their system as well.

In addition, the NTTA has been placing changeable message signs along Northbound DNT when we have been having soccer matches.

I would recommend checking the Frisco Roughriders web page at http://www.ridersbaseball.com/ to check their schedule. You can visit the Pizza Hut Park homepage at http://www.pizzahutpark.com to check for events there (soccer and concerts). FC Dallas also has their schedule available at http://fc.dallas.mlsnet.com/MLS/schedule/season.jsp?team=fcd

You can also visit the our homepage http://friscotexas.gov/ to see if there are any traffic bulletins or press releases regarding major events that are being distributed by our communications department. You can sign up to receive these press releases at the following address. http://listsrv.ci.frisco.tx.us/

Hope this information will help you out.

Thanks
