I have very inconsiderate neighbors who feel that dog poo in my lawn is acceptable. I'd like to catch these people in the act,
1.)is it illegal to setup a camera to video records my property (incl. sidewalk on my property)?
2.)if I catch them on tape, is this submittable for citation?
3.)What can I do about this? Isn't ther and ordinance?

1.) No, it is not illegal
2.) Possibly, it depends on what is shown on the tape.
3.) Animal Control Ordinance #05-04-27, Section 9(6) states, "It shall be unlawful and constitute a public nuisance for the owner/custodian of any animal to allow excreta deposited by his/her animal to remain on public or private property..."
