Curious as to why all the utility poles on Independence between Main and Eldorado were not buried during the recent construction. It's such a nice stretch of road with all these nice residential developments yet the whole road is lined with utility poles as far as the eye can see. Are there plans to bury these? Who makes those decisions? Thank You.

The City does not have the authority to force Coserv or Oncor to bury overhead electric lines located within their easements.
