For the 'wild' portion of Frisco Commons Park (north end), do the leash laws apply like they do in all of the other city parks. There is an individual that comes to that end of the park on an almost daily basis with four very large dogs and lets them run free. They several times have come up in my yard and at times, hearing my dogs barking in the house, they have come up to the windows in the yard. One of them also once put his paws up on my car as I was sitting in the driveway. If they do apply, what can be done to have them enforced.

Leash laws apply in all public areas (except the dog park). You can report violations to Animal Control at (972) 292-5303 or animalcontrol@friscotexas.gov

Please leave information like the time that it is occuring.
