I have 3 bags of tree clippings, all clipped and placed to fit in the brown paper bags. They are NOT being picked up by the trash pickup. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Grass clippings placed right next to them were picked up but these were left out.

Thanks,

Sticks and limbs can be cut down into three foot length pieces and tied and bundled and set out on your regular trash day. They will be collected by a third truck which only takes yard waste. If you call or email our offices EnvironmentalServices@Friscotexas.gov or 972-292-5900, we can make sure that your limbs get collected.

Jon,
The area you are referring to is on the FISD irrigation system. We have notified them and they are working to resolve the situation.

Thank you,
