There is an empty building on the SW corner of Custer and Eldorado that was supposed to be an Eckerd Drug Store. For five years, the building has not been occupied and does not even match the buildings that are around it. What gives? is this building slated to be occupied anytime soon or are the residents in the area stuck with looking at an empty building for another five years?

The vacant building at the SWC of Custer and Eldorado was constructed by Eckerd. Wall Greens purchased Eckerdís about two months prior to opening the store. Wal-greens built at Main Street and moth balled this store.

I noticed they are starting to build something new right beside it. Any idea what it is?

It appears there is some activity happening at this location now...any updates on who the new tenant might be?

There will be two tenants: Brakes Plus and E-Care Clinic.
