The monthly report from the engineering department says that Rockhill Road is going to be constructed from CR26 to Preston. I had a couple of questions about this project with regard to CR26.

1. "CR26" seems somewhat ambiguous to list as a starting point for this project... looking at the thoroughfare plan, the proposed extension of Rockhill overlaps with the existing CR26 west of the Tollway. Will the construction begin where CR26 turns north or will Rockhill go farther west?

2. Will Rockhill intersect the DNT at the underpass that exists nearby, or will it follow the thoroughfare plan and be aligned with the intersection of the DNT and CR26?

1. Rockhill Road will begin approximately 300 feet west of the location where existing CR26 turns north.
2. Rockhill Road will connect to the existing underpass at the Dallas North Tollway (previously Virginia).
