Who is responsible for the pine trees that surround the power substation behind Centennial HS? One of the trees has tipped over and can probably be saved with some attention. I can't tell if a storm blew it over or if it is related to the construction of the bike path.

Thanks.

Ken,

The pine trees that surround the substation are there to serve as a screen for the adjacent properties. We have notified the power company as to the condition of the tree and requested that they take action to replant the tree or replace it.
