Are there any future plans for the Albertsons building at Legacy and Lebanon?

We are not aware of any future plans for this Albertson's store. There have been no applications made for renovation of the building.

Is there a company/person with the City of Frisco actively pursuing this project or is Frisco just waiting for someone to walk up and ask to take the commercial space?

The City’s development corporation, the Frisco Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) is aware of the vacant former Albertsons at Legacy and Lebanon. The FEDC has promoted and presented information about this available facility to potential clients. While there has been some interest in the building, it is more difficult in these economic times to find a user to backfill this retail space. The FEDC continues to work on attracting a user to fill the facility.
