Are people allowed to block sidewalks in Community Parks with their lawn chairs b/c they don't want to sit in the grass while watching their kids practice?

Sidewalks cannot be blocked to pedestrian traffic and should always remain free of obstructions. If you feel as though this is becoming problematic and would like it addressed, feel free to contact the police non-emergency number at 972.292.6010 to report such incidents when you see them and a patrol officer will respond. Thanks for your question.
