I know there is an on-line resource to see existing Building Permits - I have been there - but, now I am struggling to find it. Can you share the link please? Also ... What is the City's stance on buildings that are substantially different is size and design that the Building Permit was issued for? Is it a simple matter of changing the permit or must the building project be modified to conform to the permit? Is there a fine involved? Where can we look up this type of information?

The following link will give access to Development Services Plan Review page where you can link to an online permit information search and a link to monthly reports of detailed permit information. ages/PlanReview.aspx

Building permits are issued based on the plans and information provided by the applicant. Any changes in plans during construction should be submitted for approval that may result in additional plan reveiw or permit fees. There are occassions when optional bonus rooms are built that were not included in the origanal submittal. These are usually detected during the inspection process with the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy withheld until revised plans are submitted.

Steve, this document doesn't say anything about greenhouses. What are the requirements for such a structure in a residential zone?
