Can you tell me of any pending or proposed building plans for the land located in the north west corner of Custer and 121 up to the Hunters Creek subdivision? I have heard they were planning on building a CostCo.

Can you tell me the status of the development "Custer Bridges"?

Custer Bridges has had site plans and plats approved for three restaurant/retail buildings. One of the buildings that was recently approved was for a McDonald's. The next step for these projects is the application for building permits. We do not know when they will apply for permits or how long construction will take once a permit is granted.

There have been no applications for a CostCo or other large retailers on this site.
