The sprinklers on the new Lebanon median west of Fourth Army and east of 423 may need adjustment.... An awful lot of water is getting onto the street. Also, would it be possible to set the watering start time to later in the evening? The rush hour watering is messy, which may result in more wasted water when commuters end up washing their cars more often.

This project is part of the Lebanon Road construction. The landscaping and watering is the responsibility of the contractor until the city accepts the project as complete. Hydromulch requires frequent daily watering for several days to prevent the material from drying out. I have contacted the contractor to adjust the irrigation system to minimize the street watering. If you have additional questions, please contact my office at 972-292-5800. Thanks.
