Thanks for your note. In regard to your questions, the consultants are tabulating the results and placing them into a report that will be shared with the Parks and Recreation Board as well as City Council and the Community Development Corporation at upcoming meetings.
It is anticipated that an executive summary of the results will be post on our web site (www.friscofun.org)once completed.
Residents are always encouraged to participate in the public meetings we have for each of the facilities that we master plan. Typically we have at least two meetings per site where we seek to gain input from the residents.
Both the Parks and Recreation Board and the Community Development Corporation have public input sections within their regularly scheduled meetings where residents can express concerns or desires for items not listed specifically on the agenda. Their meetings are held on the second and third Thursday of each month, respectively.
We also work with our sports organizations and other special interest groups when facilities are planned, so you would be able to expresses your desires through those channels as well. You can also make your desires known to Staff directly by calling the office or emailing me at Draymond@friscotexas.gov.
