What do the plans for this intersection include? It appears that panther creek is widening near Preston... (assuming this is happening due to the apartments being built). Will the widening go all the way to Preston, and will there be a light at Preston and Panther Creek Parkway?

As you say, Panther Creek Parkway is being widened in front of the new apartments being built. This widening project will not extend to Preston Road. That portion of Panther Creek Parkway will be widened as development occurs along the roadway.

There will be a traffic signal installed at the intersection of Preston Road and Panther Creek Parkway when TxDOT widens Preston Road. The Preston Road project should start in early 2009 and will take 30 months to complete.
