I am interested in purchasing a couple mopeds for my wife, son, and myself. I heard from a friend who lives in Grapevine that mopeds/scooters are not allowed in Grapevine yet as their board has not approved of them. Are they allowed in Frisco? The ones we are looking at are on this website: http://www.mishipowersports.com/ .

Thank you!

The vehicles on that page are scooters, not Mopeds. Mopeds also have pedals allowing for human propulsion. Scooters are legal state-wide and fall into the same category of vehicles as motorcycles; requiring a motorcycle endorsement on your drivers license as well as registration and safety inspection.
