Hi, I have lived in the Tuscany Meadows Community for over 2 years now, and our street: Knoll Trace Way still does not show up on any on-line maps: google, yahoo, mapquest, etc. Why is this? And how can this be updated?

The most up to date Frisco map is at the City’s website http://maps.friscotexas.gov. The GIS staff works diligently to keep this map up to date.

To answer your question on how to get the online services updated;
Google Maps has a site for fixing errors at http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=98014 . There is link there to notify their data providers.

Mapquest has an error reporting site at http://help.mapquest.com/jive/mqfeedback.jspa

Yahoo’s maps will give you a link to report mapping errors when the location can’t be found. This requires a Yahoo login.

I notified Google and Mapquest concerning your street and the surrounding streets. I received an automated email reply thanking me for the feedback, and that it may take several months to make the correction. Anytime you see map errors on these services you may contact them directly at the links above.

Thank you for your fast response! I did not realize the problem was with the sites themselves. Thank you!!
