Is it permissible to park things like boats, trailers etc in front of your residence along the neighborhood streets?

If it's not, who should be contacted if this happens?

The ordinance allows trailers to be parked on the street while expeditiously loading or unloading. Otherwise, they cannot. Some helpful links about parking requirements can be found in the archive here:
