I noticed that a significant part of Brinkmann Ranch was tilled up about a week ago. Have they applied for a permit to build on that site? I am sure it may just be normal "ranching" activity, but wanted to make sure contruction wasnt about to start on a neighborhood, hopping center, etc. Thanks!

Mike,

There have been no applications submit for any type of project on the Brinkmann Ranch property on the north side of FM 3537, east of Preston Road. As the property is used for agricultural purposes it is possible that the work you see is related to that operation.

Part of the Brinkmann Ranch, south of Main and east of Preston, is being developed. Can you tell me what is being built there? Thanks.

Ricky,

The site is not part of the Brinkmann Ranch. Frisco ISD is building their Early Childhood School on the property.
