Hello - We have a foreclosed home behind us and the pool has not been serviced in months. The water is now green with all sorts of things growing in it. I have attempted to contact the realtor with no luck. I am concerned this standing water will pose a threat for west nile. Is there any actions the City can take to get this cleaned up? I would assume others in Frisco are experiencing this as well given the number of foreclosures. Thanks
