I have a builder that is telling me that a specific tree is required by the City of Frisco for my street (as opposed to merely an HOA requirement). Where can I find the zoning information for Pearson Farms?

Ordinance No. 06-01-02 creates the Planned Development for the area which includes Pearson Farms. This Ordinance can be found by selecting Meetings from the menu bar and then selecting Ordinances. Take the LaserFiche link and then Web Ordinances. The Ordinance can be found in the 2006 folder and then the 01 folder.

The Planned Development standards only indicate that it must be a hardwood tree. Beyond that it is the developer that chooses any specific tree species.
