There is about a 150 ft section of sidewalk that hasn't been built on Rolater, just west of Hope Fellowship.

Is it possible for the city to build this?

It is located by a retention pond, so I don't see development taking place on this plot where the developer would have to pay for it.

That sidewalk is on the private property of the church. They are going through the development process with the City to add a parking lot. Along with the parking lot, the church will be required to construct that section of the sidewalk. While they are required to get their plans approved for construction, the City has no information regarding the timeframe that the church might actually begin construction.

Please call the Engineering department at 972-292-5413 and ask to speak to a staff engineer if you need additional information.
