Is there an ordinance for having signs that are too bright at night time? It is very distractive and some of them are blinding making it hard to drive. One of the worst signs is at Chicken Express on Main/Teel. I think the LED signs need to be turned down at night for safety.

Yes. Section 70.27 of the Sign Ordinance limits the brightness level of electronic message boards to 0.3 foot candles above ambient light and provides standards for measuring brightness levels. This location is currently under investigation.
