Apart from the kids who play at park, lots of classes/coaching are happening at Yucca Ridge Park(Baseball, Soccer, Football) and we see many times kids going for restroom in a hurry in the opposite open fields.

To avoid this, would like to know if there is possibility to add Restroom facility at this park along with additional Gazebo & seating area.

We saw the recent news that Landon development has purchased the huge land with more than 700 homes planned in this area. With so many new houses and growing population i am pretty sure more and more kids are going to use this park.

Kindly consider this request.

Due to the expense of installing a restroom in a neighborhood park along with the amount of vandalism that typically occurs, the City does not install restrooms at neighborhood parks such as Yucca Ridge. The parents must work with their kids to take care of bathroom breaks prior to or after leaving the park. Similar to what is done elsewhere. The south end of the park has limited development in an effort to allow as much room for practice and open play as possible. We will continue to monitor the area, to determine if an additional pavilion is warranted.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or comments.
