There is a zoning change posted for the SE corner of Coit and Rolater (adjacent Richwoods). What is the zoning change and for what type of development? Is anything planned for the NE corner of Coit and Rolater (adjacent to Lawler Park)?

The Frisco Independent School District owns the property on the southeast corner of Rolater Road and Coit Road. The zoning request is for Single Family-7 zoning. There is also a Specific Use Permit application to incorporate the eastern portion of that property into Richwoods, a gated community.

The city has not received an application requesting development on the northeast corner of this intersection.
