This is all related to Independence (Pkwy)
The lights under the overpass, the lights on the ramps and the lights at the corners of the service roads have been out for 2 months. (Independence/121)
Median lights are out on Independence south of Main street for 1/2 mile. Please note that there are median lights on immediately south of Main for a block so this outage seems not related to Main Street construction.
The road striping between lanes south lanes South of Main Street is very worn and needs to be redone. Also, many reflectors are missing. There are some areas on the North lanes as well but not as bad.

Thank you for noting these items. We will follow up with NTTA on the lighting at Independence and SH121.
Our staff will look into the lighting you mention on Independence and get that resolved. I will respond back on here if it turns out to be construction related.
We are planning to have striping updated along this section later this summer after all the TxDOT work is complete.
