Please see the picture. The plantation is encroaching the sidewalk along the residential community located on the NorthEast section of Hillcrest/Lebanon intersection. It is an inconvenience (and also dangerous) to the walkers and runners, considering the sidewalk's closeness to the road with 40 MPH speed limit. Please take necessary action to clear the sidewalk and make it friendly for walkers and runners. Thanks!

Dear Krish P,
Thank you for your comments regarding the landscaping that is located at the northeast corner of the Hillcrest Road/Lebanon Road intersection.
I believe that this should be maintained by the HOA located in the Cecile Place development. Our staff will contact the Code Enforcement staff in the Development Services Department to verify this and make contact to have it addressed.
Should you have any additional questions regarding this, please let me know.
Thanks again for your question.
